Fitness is a very important aspect in our life, getting fit generally means joining the gym and working out. Staying lean and ripped has become a trend nowadays, and so is going to the Gym. 2. Running: Running is another aerobic exercise which is great for staying fit. It has been found out people going for morning runs and jogging tend to have less health problems than those who stay at home.Running strengthens the lower portion of our body like Quads, Calves, Hamstring, Glutes and Hips. It is also recommended by physiotherapists that running actually removes the lethargies in our body.
3. Walking: Walking is one of the best exercises there is. It can be done by anyone as it’s very easy to perform. It is very beneficial for the elderly people who are unable to perform intense workouts.It stimulates our heart, lungs and circulation and also increases the endurance of the lower part of the body. If a person takes around 10,000 steps in a single day, he burns around 400 calories.
4. Cycling: This is also an aerobic exercise, it burns a lot of calories and this is a high-intensity exercise. It works the lower part of our body and strengthens our legs and lower back. Our blood circulation is also stimulated while doing this exercise.
5. Badminton: One of the most popular sports there is, it burns a lot of calories. So basically what we need to do is jump and run around the court and we all know that jumping and running helps us a lot in staying fit.
6. Home Exercise: Well there are lots of exercises that can be done at home. Let us talk about some of these.
- Burpee – One of the most effective ways to burn fat at home. This exercise uses up a lot our energy and this leads to the burning of fat.
- Skipping – Another most effective way to burn fat. The jumping at regular intervals puts a lot of stress on our body. As a result of that our body requires a lot of energy and as fat is stored energy, it uses up that energy.
7. Push-Ups: One of the best exercises there is, it helps us in developing our upper body and also burning a lot of fat. This exercise helps us in burning the excess fat in our hands and chest part.
8. Squats: A very effective exercise, helps us in building a strong lower body. This exercise is done for burning the fat that is deposited around our quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
9. Sit-Ups: Helps us in developing our Abs and get a flat stomach. Normally fat gathers around our belly and this exercise burns a lot of fat around that area.
10. Pull-Up: An essential exercise, it helps us in developing our upper body, and greatly develops our upper back and deltoids. This burns all the excess fat around our back and shoulders.
So these are some of the exercises that can keep you fit without you needing to go to the gym. Performing these Home exercises in repetitions and sets is quite important, as in this way you won’t have to put too much stress on your body. I will recommend that you perform these exercises in the morning because morning exercises are very effective in burning fat and developing our muscles.
